What meaning does all the treasures in the world have,
if one has none to share it with?
Lonely is the throne room when all thy trusted have but passed on.
There come a time when even gems would lose their glister.
Memories of high adventures, an old mind held dear.
Those of fallen companions and friends lost, one weeps.
Perhaps that which lies ahead of the road less travelled,
Would not be of the worldly riches untold,
But rather that of the gift of companionship and commarade.
As the old saying from the lands of Elona goes:
You need never fight alone.
