ArenaNet network down? Or casual err?

When i try to open GW i get this:

What does it mean? It says "try again in a few minutes" but i've been trying for hours!
And my internet IS working fine. ( otherwise i couldn't post this )
Is ArenaNet network down or something? I'm desperate, can someone help me?

ps: not sure if this is posted in the right place, so don't flame me if i'm wrong ok

I am experiencing exactly the same problem, have been for over 24 hours now. Any help / suggestions to solve this would be very much appreciated.

Try a search for Guild War TCP/IP ports...it should give u all the info u need.

It's not your firewall - at least it wasn't mine. Problem solved by going to guildwars.com and downloading / reinstalling client - working fine now, hope yours is soon too
