wots the difference between a wepon with req8 and 9 or 10??? and how do tell which one ur wepon is????????

The difference is how many points you must have in a select attribute line to receive full dmg and energy effects from the item.
Swords-lessens dmg if req not met
Axes-same
hammers-same
Bows-same
Staves-same, but you get energy and inherent effect
wands-same
offhands-you dont receive full energy
You can tell what the req for different items are by looking at their dmg or their energy(for offhands). Next to it, in parentheses, will be the req and for what attribute line, but, not all weapons have requirements, usualyl lower level ones.
