PC on a zodiac scepter

the mods are:

cold damage: 11-22 (req. 8 spawning)
Halves skill recharge of spells (10%)
Energy +5 (while health above 50%)

perfect stats , nice req 8, and nice skin ; i am guessing at least 70K+ but is just a guess ... i recommand wait till a guru pc it cuz i could be complete wrong or way off

I sold an almost identical one (only it was Divine Favor) for 50k.

IMO since its Rit and less popular of a class try for around 40K
