cho weis axe ish a shing jea green dropped by Cho wei the skull axe

where the heck is he? guildwiki doesn't say, i searched the forums and found one thread saying he was on the southwest port area where quimang usually is, but no luck. And it cant be a random spawn coz iv checked >10 times.

I am a w/mo lvl 20 who completed all the crimson skull quests around the area (all of the shing jea quests actually),does anyone know where he is? can he be found or do u need a specific quest activated?

any hints anyone?

I went there 3 times yesterday (to get the axe) and one time today (to take a ss

), and he was here every time. He dropped the axe only once.
I didn't do any of the Emperor's Blade's quests tho...

nope he still isnt there after 15 tries, guess it must be related to the crinson skull quests.

that means i have no chance of getting that green either .. =/

I went down there to try to get his green over the weekend (no particular reason other than "because I can")...He wasn't there! I thought maybe I'd not done something right...but no...searched everywhere...he didn't spawn. I thought for some stupid reason he may have been taken out of the game...maybe he was selling drugs to the wardens...

Anyway, an alliance member took a walk down there and he was there! So I'm stumped. Maybe I'll head down there tonight to check it out.

just checked with my tyrian monk, he's there.
I remember helping a few guildies with a quest where you had to kill some captain in his spot. Maybe try completing that quest first?

I've been with my Tyrain based characters multiple times and he's ALWAYS there. So I tried with two different Canthan chars, both level 20 and had completed all quests (that I know of) and missions on the island. He was NEVER there for either of them. Strange.

To answer your question Livingston. It's a good starter axe and I farmed it for my heroes.

Livingston Probably wants the low req to put on Koss until he gets enough attributes for a full one.

It's been such a long time that I've had to deal with prereqs, I would never have thought of that.

Now I want some too.

So the trick is to get him before doing that mission. And of course he would be there for Tyrians, because they can't get the mission at all.
