WTB req 8-9 Energy Storage/Healing/Earth/Water Focus with HP+30 and armor mod

Greetings,

I'm looking for a focus (offhand) with requirement of 8-9 ideally in Energy Storage or Healing Prayers. Earth and Water magic would also be fine, but as it's more specialized, I'd pay a tad less. The mods would be Energy+12, Health+30 and an armor mod of the form armor+5 vs physical or armor +5 while health is above 50%. Armor +10 vs Slashing / Lightning is also fine.

......Armor +5 (while health is above 50%)
