PC Necro Ghostly Staff

Recently brought this for my MM necro, i know is not the best staff for a MM necro but a 20/20 ghostly one would be probably cost to much for me to buy it. Anyway just wanted to check the value on this thing; the stats are (note the Hale head will soon be replaced with a insightful head (better for mm) but mods dont increase value on item, jsut felt like saying it):

halves casting time of spells 10%
halves skill recharge of death magic spells 19%
health +30
armour +7 vs physical attacks

40-50k+ Maybe not much more.

eh i think this could go 75k+, whatever someone wants to pay

50k+....

55k+ imo~

sell at 60k, wont go much higher and shouldn't settle for much less.
