ok so last night me and my brother were farmin a smite monk offhand in the northwest corner of the bazzar outside the marketplace when a normal jade ritualist drops a green called "tattered fan" stats are req9 chan. +30hp +5 armor -5energy

anybody have one drop before? cuz i havent seen it for sale nor is it listed anywhere i can find
