only bad part is the req is 13, im not sure if it can hold value like that. thanks for any help

the second problem is that it's 20% reduce posing, and there aren't many poses in this game.. heh.. j/k.. but seriously, reduce poison isn't a popular second inherant (it's better to have at least 10% recharge AND 10% casting, or such as that) I would salvage it

I'd salvage too. You will easily sell either of the mods and as Stuey said it will be very hard sale with the 20% reduce as is...
