unfortuatenly isn't max... so it isn't going to be worth anything regardless..

IMO, I would ID it... you may get lucky and get a nice sundering or HP mod that you can salvage. Or even a +5 Energy item that you could use on a caster class (who don't care about the max dmg stuff)... ID it and see what you get. If you do get a +5 E one I can take it off your hands for cheap. Better than merch

agreed +5 energy is the only inherent mod that will give this any value, its not like you have to ID it to find out though, just equip it and check your enegy bar.
