Hi,
One of my friends has some serious computer issues which he can't fix right now. He asked me to arrange some things on his account but I'm not sure if that's legal. Can I get banned or something like that for logging in on another account ?

No,however i think it is dissalowed to share your info with other people, but i doubt you will get banned.
As long as your friend agreees i dont see why not, why doesnt he come to your house and log in on your pc?Then you know its 100% allowed.

You can log in any account from your PC, just enter the account name (email address) and password. I use my brother's account all the time and a friend comes to our house to play as well, logging in his account.

Of course you can just change some settings or something if that's what he wants but you're technically not supposed to share account even though many do anyway. You could even just have him come over and do it himself on your computer to be in the all clear.

Yes he could come but at the moment we are way too busy and he plays a lot of Basketball with his team. Not to mention the hour it takes for him to get here with his bike...

Since your friend can log into his account from any computer, the only way this would come back to haunt you is if your friend later complains that someone hacked his account and it is traced to your ip. Or if your own ip is linked to botting in any way and then the friend's account might be too. (which would be true regardless of your friend being physically present at your house or not)
