Basically he is a PvP/GvG role player. Very good at taking out/nuetralizing monks, and he can help the team win through attrition with hunters shot and poison arrow. Very effective at dispelling enchantments, energy denial, energy recovery, defense, and inflicting conditions.
What do you all think?
PS: I know, a R/Me with no fragility OMG. LOL.
I think I finally got the ranger right

Although concussion shot can give a lot of advantages, i'm not so sure it fits with your build. You're mainly doing DOT damage, and trying to stay alive while keeping energy up and removing enchantments. What do you have to make the concussion shot more effective? Anything to increase attack speed? arrow speed? For these reasons, I would consider replacing it with something else. Energy tap also takes a long time to cast so I'd worry about that too. Finally, you have no self heal. Sure you could rely on a monk, but if you could help them out with a healing spring or troll urgent, they'd appreciate it. Maybe you should switch in one of those heals for concussion shot. Well, on a positive note, you would boost two of your ranger attributes by one, and one by two (with minor runes and head gear), without suffering any health decreases. If you're going to count on winning by attrition (DOT), you better have some good defensive skills and self healing. Good luck too!

It looks like you are trying to do too many things at once. You are going to be doing piss-poor direct damage even with Hunter's shot, so I would ditch all the points in marksmanship and put them into Illusion magic instead.
Then I would replace Hunter's Shot with Conjure Phantasm, Concussive shot with distracting shot, and one of the enchantment removal spells with Arcane Conundrum. This will give you a spammable -9 stacking health degeneration, decent mana drain, and a good combo of daze and interrupt for fast cast spells.

Edited original post: changed energy tap to healing spring b/c energy tap casts too slowly and I am missing self heal.
I have played many different rangers and this is the first one where I finally feel like I am contributing just as much as my teammates. The way I play him is:
1) Spam poison arrow on all possible targets
2) Hit obvious moving targets with hunters shot
3) Conc Shot the monk whenever possible
4) When out of mana, ether lord on the monk
5) any enchantments cast by the monk get immedatly destroyed by my two dispel skills
6) Cast Whirling Defense if I am under attack by a lot of guys.
Those are not in any particular order, they are just the things I do at some point or another. As you can see, this build really picks on the enemy monks, dispelling their enchants, Sabataging their mana, and interupting them every now and then with conc shot. At the same time it makes life more demanding for them, as their entire party will usually be poisoned.
The foundation of the build is really: poison arrow, ether lord, both dispel enchants, and conc shot.
btw, what do you think about switching out hunters shot for dibilitating shot? Im not sure myself. It gives up a cheap attrition arrow, but all I really need for that is poison shot. Dib Shot gives more nice anti-monk ammo.

The thread was titled " I think I finally got the ranger right." not " I got the mesmer right." That quote obviosly came from a Mesmer who has no idea what a ranger is about. Lose all your Marksmanship points? Are you high???? So he can what, super-enchant all his arrows only to miss every shot?? Its his secondary class. At best he should only pump attribute points into 1 secondary attribute. And HE already did that.
