Bold Forge Runner (R/W style)

I'm rdy to take on ym new challenge. Completing a Droknars Forge Run. Problem is I don't have anyone to teach me since the first 5 wammos freaking died in Lonars Pass after the frost wurms. I need someone who knwos what they're doing. I need someone who won't say "I can't explain just watch" I need someone from [RR]

my friend is a r/w forge runner. its pretty sucesseful, but he has only tried a few times. I think his build is:
Storm chaser
Charge
Balanced stance
Sprint
Troll ungent
Healing signet
Shields up(or whirling defence, shields is better bcuz it isnt a stance)
im not sure about this one. either go for a condition removal (antidote sig) or another defencive skill.
My friend uses the 45/-2 collectors shield u get outside of rancor.

It's shields up! Antidote sig would get you killed -.- Instead of sprint, take dodge since your primary isn't a war, dodge offers X% of evasion, and because it offers 33% speed boost whereas the others only offer 25%. You're also missing Serpent's Quickness, essential for your anti-KD (Serpent's -> Shields Up! -> Charge! -> Balanced Stance) You can put Whirling in if you take out healing sig, your preference. Any hp boosts are helpful to help tank against condition/hexes (damn degeneration -.-)
