That's second best class of weapon mod not considering unconditional using this Forum's own rules. Ummm.... High req sort of but in axe mastery which is good.... Great skin. I'm no pro, but axes seem to have a whole different sort of rarity system considering how expensive a good chaos axe is and the fact that on this site's list this sephis is one above chaos and yet only 4th best. In my greenhorn eyes I'd say it's worth 1-2mil, but plz ASK AN EXPERT. Remember, only the max damage, req, skin, and damage modifier matter, the mods on it are changable and not a consideration.
