Max req 10
Fiery
Damage +15% while in a stance
Shelter (Armor +7 vs. Elemental attacks)
Might upgrade to be:
Max req 10
Zealous
Damage+15% while in a stance
Axe Mastery +1 (19%)
Which would net me more cash, and by how much...
a) Sell the mods and the axe seperately
b) Upgrade it, use it for a while, get bored of the nerfed Eviscarate, and sell the resulting cleaver?
