I'm pretty sure that it'll be hardly anything as of the high Req. and the 9% chance, but just to be sure.

IMO just merch it or give it to a friend.

The req is brutal... and it isn't even perfect on the recharge.

you may squeeze a k or 2 from someone but IMO it wouldn't be worth the effort.
