well with spells its pretty hard to say cause there are plenty of enchantment HP buffs... non spells, I think 480 (base) + 50 from sup vigor and +60 from weapons, 590...
480 without any equipment of spells, this applies to every class.
Max gain from weapons and runes is 110, then there is gain from armors which is another 30 max, I think (not sure on the armors btw).
As for spells, skills and spirits as well...I'd say thats near impossible to calculate but it can an awful lot, that would depend on whether you are talking what one character on its own could do or in combination with others.
625 max hp from armor,runes, and weapons without effects. Right now my warrior has 605 hp from armor, runes, and weapons. It would be 625, but I don't feel the need to shell out for a superior vigor.

+35 from armour (various types, class to class) makes it 625 without leaving a town.
Don't forget Fertile Season. Or that Warrior Signet that gives you more health for an unlimited amount of time (Nightfall). Vital Boon (Dervish). Some others I bet.
I read a post about 6 months back which stated a w/r had 2500+ hp and he explained how he did it. I am sorry I don't have a link to the post to provide to you.
Don't forget about moral boost to add additional HP.
not that it would be worth anything (and keep in mind that this is 100% theoretical and based on finding enough different enchantments to make it work)...

The gains from this would be 1585 without symbiosis, another 9322 from the 59 enchants and symbiosis giving a total gain of 10907 to be added to the characters base health, rune of vigor, weapon, offhand, and moral boost...as you can see the total is quite high and quite useless (I probably messed up somewhere, but meh...you get the gist)
depends on class / second class , plus weapon upgrades /off hand weapon upgrades and armor / armor upgrades + runes all supior upgrade -75 unless there absorbtion /vigor sup, vigor is 50+ hp.............. major rune is - 35 and minor is -0 health
