The closest you'll get is some kind of silver +X+X combination, but that ONLY applies to certain armors... some armor are impossible to get to look near-white. That's reality.

All Flames aside, The Dye thread in the Community Works Board is your best bet. Or check the Screenshot Board for other possible sources.

For everyone else, a close to white dye might not be close to white on 15k platemail, dyes apply differently on diff armors, i was specifically looking for 15k platemail dyes

Hmm nightfall necromancers have red eyes... dunno if that was in chapters before. And you could try the darkest skin available. But that white paragon plate mail armor wont fit like a glove on your skinny body im afraid... Never hurts to try.
