Changing Password = Very Dificult or impossible process :(

Hi everyone,

i have trying to change my game password ou my e-mail adress, but i can't do it, because the process is very dificult, confusing and impossible to do.

I Ask, why we can't change the password in game?
it make the things mutch more easier.

Why we can't edit our account in game?

ANet (or PlayNC) guys, wake up. Ally the security with the simplicity.

As to why we can't edit it through they game client anymore- because they felt like changing it. If it's connected to a plaync master account, you can change your GW password with ease as long as you remember your birthday.


-Plaync wont let you change the email you login with though.

Long link, but it'll send you to the support spot for passwords. If your account is connected to a PlayNC Master Account, simply log in to your http://www.plaync.com/us/account/ account and you can "manage" the password there Hope that helps a little
