large farming area

Where is the best place for a group to go farming, with reasonable drops, becuase there was an event where you could have a 12 person party but i cant remeber what it was called was it the deep? are there any other places where you can have a party over the size of 8?

(i didnt put this in farming as it is not a build)

The only two places that I'm aware of that allow 12 person parties are The Deep and Urgoz's Warren, the two Factions elite missions.

For 8 people there are Sorrows Furnace, Tombs, Underworld and Fissure of Woe - other than just doing missions or clearing explorable areas of course.

The Deep and Urgoz are "owned" by the "winning guilds" so if you are not members will need to be ferried in by a member.

Underworld and Fissure of Woe are subject to who holds favor - America, EU, etc.

Sorrows Furnace and Tombs are open to all in Prophecies.

Just to give you some options.

I suggest doing FoW and UW. Good drops and usually cool people to chat with.

I wonder what your true intentions are with the question that you name. As I read it, I get the idea that you want to go farming with a group as big as possible and getting good drops. Naming farming and large group in the same question is probably contradictionary, since you will have to share the drops and thus dont get the benefits of farming anymore.

But as for making money with groups, it is not impossible to get a lot from the Deep, Urgoz Warren, UW or FoW. You just need to be very lucky. I had in one Deep run 3 items worth in total 400k+. But that was from opening chests and getting one of the Kanaxai greens. Same applies for the other areas, things that are worth money and drop, are very rare. But what would you expect, if they would drop often, everyone would be there and then they would not be rare anymore... After my ##th FoW run, I still havent seen any good drops for me yet, its just luck.
