The budget way to preorder

I've used Gogamer.com for a few things in the past. They tend to have good sales, like Psychonauts for $10 and things of that nature.

I'm assuming this offer dpesn't include the preorder bonus pack (there's no mention of it on the page)?

Still a good deal; I just wish the bonus pack was in stock somewhere in my area. Thanks for the heads-up on this!

EDIT: I should note that shipping on this adds $2.59. It's still much cheaper than other offers.

And I felt pretty good about doing it despite who knows when I'll get it etc 'cause there isn't any goofy rush-in/Tengu day mask time.

$39.99 free ship no tax and as a bonus looking at my order after the fact appears I should get the pre-release. Well I already went out and got one of those but that's a nice bonus - I haven't gotten that yet from Frys.

At worst I get shafted, lose the order and look locally.
If it goes through though seems to be the best deal out there still, IMO.
But that was back late September - they're a bit more $ now there.
