GvG betting

I had an idea awhile back where you place a challenge to another guild and if they accept the winner gets the other guilds hall and the winner can use it as their own and the guild who lost theirs has ti buy a new one, since this is GUILD WARS i figure whats a guild war without loss or gain? and since this all volentary there should be no reason people should conplain cause THEY made the bet or accepted

There is a reason why /roll is not allowed in towns.
