I couldn't find any threads related to this, so just in case it has not been reported, details on how us Europeans can get our gray giant are available on the GW Europe home page: http://eu.guildwars.com/support/article/gray_giant/

Enjoy!

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo......

I saw the december to Jan and looked in my local WHSmith and found the december edition of PCZone and bought it, oh my suprise it only had a quick review and q&a on Night fall and a Factions 14 days trial.

I take it, it's the mag out during the December-Jan period we need to buy, not the mag with the month on lol.

Last time I looked Belgium and The Netherlands is next door to Germany and Belgium's also got France as well so quit whining about no love all the time and pop over the border or just get it ordered as if I can get a German mag sent to me here in the UK it cant be that difficult from a country right on your doorstep.

Aussies I can understand but not Europeans

it may look like the next door, but it's like 2.5 hours travelling for me (south western corner of the netherlands).
So 5 hours travelling for an ingame pet and a magazine (probably an expensive one) in a language I don't speak (no, Dutch isn't like German at all). No thanks..

Good news for Greek players

Anyway i had the chance to see the pet during the preview event (i am a subscriber to the american edition) and i believe it's nothing great....

Hope it gets a decent price in the market...

Seeing as 99% of people here will be buying it just for the key it wont actually matter whether it's in German or Dutch will it as you wont really be reading it.

Nothing for the Nordic Countries? I live in Nothern Finland, about 30 minutes from the border of Sweden. It would've worked if they had one for Sweden or atleast Finland but no, they expect me to go to Germany. And that's pretty far away.

Still I cant say he isnt right... I also got the feeling that Dutch people are often neglected.
But a big deal of people I meet ingame are Dutch, so I could assume that we do play a big enough share in the game to be noted.

I wonder if Anet has any demographics about this... Maybe they should do some research how to reach players that are outside the US. Like in the US it might be common that everyone has 5-10 creditcards, but in Europe, or at least Holland it is not a very popular method of payment.

(some more ranting about this, but going 2 much offtopic)

Joystick (the french magazine) is available in the french speaking part of the country...

And why no one complains about Lichtenstein?! It's not listed either!

Anet did do research, but it's not them who publish the magazines and not being funny or anything but Netherlands and Belgium are two of the smallest countries in Europe which from a magazines point of view would suggest less readers therefore less profits to warrant publishing a Belgium or Dutch version - it's all about money unfortunately.
