GET COLLECTOR's edition for $10 more, that's a steal. cheapest I can find plus you get a free t-shirt. standard shipping about $4.

Since I'm cheap so I use standard shipping, it saids ill get it between 23th to the 31st =.=''

But if you're willing to pay 10-18 more for second day or next day shipping, it saids you can get it as early as next monday!!!

Just a note to let you know that Guild Wars Nightfall may be on store shelves a day or two early, or may even be shipped out earlier than the 27th, but the servers won't go live until Friday morning, October 27th, at 12:01 PDT (7:01 GMT). Yes, the regular servers will be open, naturally, with access to Tyria and Cantha. But access to Elona will only open at the time given above.

On a side note, I find it rather unsettling that I'm starting to do those time conversions in my personal life: Dinner at 6:30 pm, that's 1:30 GMT; 3:30 CEST...

I intend to start harassing Compusa over the phone on Monday so I can be sure to go grab my CE right when the come in even if it's early.

I wouldn't suggest ordering this from Walmart... I just made an order, did 2-3 day shipping, and when making the order, it said it should arrive between the 23rd and the 25th. However, when I recieved the confirmation email, it said should arrive between 30th and 31st. I checked up on the order, and sure enough, it said 30th and 31st. F*** that. I cancelled shortly after.

I'm starting to realize that pre-ordering anything online is a fiasco. Had numerous problems with Factions, too. Screw it, I'm just gonna check the stores on the 26th, and if I don't find anything, I'll just order from the NCsoft store.

Will we be able to plug our access keys in before that or will we have to keep trying until the servers are open? Would be kind of annoying to have to keep checking if the servers were up by typing in the code over and over. I'd rather just be able to plug it in and then be able to get in once it was open.

Can't wait to see how they responded to our character customization requests.

Having the boxes out early is a smart move. Since you can't get in before Oct 27th anyways there is no reason not to send the Keys out early.

Screw walmart. If I'm going to buy the game my money is not going through them. I dont care if I get free anything.

What I don't like is the inequality when it comes to these preorder items. For once in ArenaNet's existence, lets have a consistent preorder program and stop making under the table deals with select retailers.

I'm going to be buying the game on the 28th most likely. no need for me to go through the nailbiting experiance of wondering when the mail will arrive.

Someone recently posted a free overnight shipping code for the game in this forum and as Gaile said the game will probably ship out a few days early. So it should be on time if not early no matter what. If you use that code which was from gamestop, that is.

I got a Factions t-shirt from Gamestop for preordering so I'm hoping they'll have the shirt too... not just Walmart.
