Help,i think I've been 'Flagged'

My fav. part of Guildwars is solo farming ecto in UW.How else to get Fizzure armor?
I normaly do maybe 3/5 runs then do quests ect.
But last week something strange happend.I lost connection while down there twice!This is odd for me,I never lag out normally as I have very good conns.Anyway that might be me just being paranoid but.... after that my drops dried up
So,I stop soloing for 6 days and finish many quests with my other chars,and play GvG and HA to loose the 'Nerf'.But tonight I make 3 runs solo again and still just purple drops/chests and no ecto
I think my char has been 'flagged'.Does anyone know how long this will last for?

im pretty sure it was bad luck if you've been questing gvging and HAing for 6 days you shouldn't be getting the farming code

first 10 runs i did with my Rt/me Full smite runs got me 2 ectos. And it wasnt farming code because i got splenty of purples and a few gold req 13 war hammer. Of course i didnt do all the runs in a row mabye 2 a day and i was also green farming and chest running to get off anti code.

yes, you are flagged. You should probably write a personal email to Anet apologizing for playing their game.

UW for the last week or so has been awful on drps, uve not been flagged just welcome to the over famred world that is UW. go in there when theres not many people on line and ur notice the difference.

*sigh* when will people stop spreading the rumor that drops would depend upon how many people farm an area at the same time? That's nonsense and has allready been explained by a developer... -.-

*sigh* i guess i will stop making assumptions when someone has the politness to explain, WOW amity rather than throw your toys out your pram why dont you take the time to explain, im really sorry but there are certain things i dont know yet, nuclear physics and chinese being two of them. Its nice though when people stop to help rather than waste their time critisising me. Thanks for telling me in your own special way! where are the notes from the developer i would like to see what does effect drop rate just out of curisosity. Yes my comment is based entirly on my own experience but i have been in UW every night for the past year or so (very sad yes i know lol) and at certain times the drop rate definatly increases i can only guess that it depended on how many people were there, i now know it dosnt.
Thanks but rather than just say it dosnt can you please explain why at certain times the drop rate is so much better, in fact at one time of day excluding the last few weeks my duo would almost always and i mean 80-90% get 5-6 ectos compaired to the 1 i seem to be getting now.

Pure Luck is all there is to it.
When you start an instance, it is created purely for you and your friends and really only takes your party into account. Loot promotes paranoia. Whenever someone has a bad day he goes all beserk over the Anti Farm Code (yes, go ahead flame me, i called it anti FARM code).
You know, when i first heard that rumor i especially tried to vary the times i went to farm. I made exactly 50 runs at a certain place over several days (as not to trigger the code) and noted the money.
Then i stopped and did something else, then came back and did another 50 runs. However now i was doing them at a different time. I did this whole cycle a third time before i got ultimately tired of it. You know what? It totally balanced out. There were extremely lucky runs and runs which wielded almost nothing of value. Nonetheless, over a period of 50 runs the outcome in plat was the same for every hour of the day i tested it with. I took precautions to not get caught by the anti code as well.

So yes, i can quite boldly say that it is purely luckbased.

My father and I have been playing since beta and he almost never gets drops that are any better than whites or a pile of gold. He plays a monk, he tried the 55 UW build when it first hit the forums and everyone was getting crazy ectos...he barely got anything. I farm an area and get all kinds of valuable drops, he attempts to farm the area and gets nothing.
