I need some help on estimating the value on these focus items which they are quite decent consider most of the other focus items you'll find from chest/foes.

I came across your focus items durng my search for foucs items, too bad #1 is armor+5 instead of hp+30 otherwise I'll pay 20k for it.

Pretty much agree, but I'd say you could squeeze a bit more out of #1, say 25k+..
