Hi i found a weird blade:

Its a wicked blade and it's max dmg.
dmg +14% (health degen -1)
vamp 3\-1 (so a -2 degen always:P)
armor +7

I've never seen this dmg mod and i was wondering if it's worth anything

lol, that means that you have to use watchful spirit or mending ALL the time and that sucks, what will you do if you meet a degen necro?? i would sell it to merch.
