If I could get a PC on this please, plus I have a 20/20 string... how would adding the string to the bow affect it, and should I?

Don't add the string, sell it seperately, you'll end up getting more out of it.
As for the bow, seems to be a lot of these floating around, so I'd say 100k+ a few ecto (no more then 5).

nope not going to get near 100k, it's hard selling a r10 15^50 for 40k, look more for around 80-90k.
