Modifying it will make no difference to the bows price since rare skinned weapons are priced purely on the inherent mod (in this case 15^50)
You are best off selling the bow and the sundering string seperately

Perfect mods may slightly increase the price of a weapon, but the cost of the mods will be greater then the that of the price increase, therefore, the best way to go is to sell as is.
