If you haven't then you may have fallen through the cracks (a spam filter, simply missed in amongst the hundreds and hundreds of thousands sent out). My Guild Wars account is linked to my PlayNC account and I never recieved any privacy policy email, however I still recieved the insider in my mail box a few days ago

Nice new feature anyways, though minus the "Random Acts of Kindness," it seems very similar to The Scribe.
