300kish IMO. I remember a req 8 spiked targe go for around 350 ish. This shield with req 9 should bring in about 300k.

You can't get Tall Shields in Strength.. it's req 9 Tactics

200-300k or more.... nice stats.. and yeah, all tall shields are tactics
