I think storm bows lost a lot of popularity when a rumor circulated that storm bows weren't horn bows [unconfirmed]. Still a perfect one should fetch you ~100k+20ecto, since they glow, and that's the only thing that matters in this game ; )

100k 15- 20e (^agreed^), check the rare skin sticky in future mate.
