ok... as far as I'm aware, there is no 15k knights armor... I have nothing much to say about this,... same stats as knights armor. I was in piken square and seen armor that'd look quite good... I was gonna suggest it but it looked too much like knights armor to be a whole new armor.
It looked really good though.. I thought.. maybe 15k knights armor.

It wouldn't make sense to put it in a new campaign and there's no reason to add more skins to Prophecies. There will always be npc's with armor we can't get.

Not only is Knights armor THE WORST ARMOR IN THE GAME, there's already a 15k version, called 15k Ascalon, which has the EXACT same stats. Be happy that you can get the same functionality out of Ascalon. There doesn't need to be 15k Knights, it's horrible looking, and horrible for using.

in kainenge center, I remember, 3 different armor crafters in there, crafting all the same armors, but with different skins, I usually go to the one that requires the cheaper materials. It's one of the reason's different skins for a set of stats is good, I've also seen quite alot of people in knight's armor, it must have some use.

There is a 15K set of Fissure of Woe set of Knights IIRC anyway you see a lot of ppl wearing 1.5K from Droks in KC most of those are females.I don't see why not it would be just another Gold sink to Anet.

Actually, it's not the best for soloing the spider cave. The 100AL armor is. Knight's has no use at all, in any situation. It USED to be good, when you could wear 1 bit for the whole body damage reduction, but now it's just a waste.

It's a moot point, you can do the spider cave with ANY armor. You can farm the spiders using frenzy, it's not at all difficult. Knight's is the worst armor because no one NEEDS the locational damage reduction. It has no point. This has been discussed many times.

So in summary, each set of stats has its uses.

I'm still saying it has no use. You don't NEED Knights to farm spiders. You can use any other sort of armor, and it will work just as well. Be serious, Knights is the most useless armor, 3 damage reduction is nothing when there are many other more useful armors.

Yes overall knights armour is the least benificial, i have no argument there. However it does have a use and its the BEST armour to use when you are in the spider cave.

The thing is, that you aren't looking at what I'm saying. You don't NEED to take less damage, because you can already take 0-2 without the armor. There IS other choices, you can take Gladiators for more energy, Platemail for more vs Physical, Sentinels for higher AL, or Legionaires for more HP. Why would you want reduced damage when you already take 0-2? Once again, Knights has no use.
You are forgetting the main part of the game, PvP. Using Knights armor in PvP is laughable since the vs physical and the locational update. Knights doesn't need 15k, because no one who plays seriously uses Knights anyway.

You said that it has no use at all, i provided you with the situation. You said said that the armour with 100AL is better, i told you that knights has 100AL and -3 damage. I have not told you its better than other armours in general situations only that in the spider cave it is the best.
You may want to look at your posts and sort your armour information out.

Before this argument gets any uglier, I would like to point out that most people don't buy 15k armor for the stats as much as the looks. Knights does have its place in the game (spider caves being one of them) but that does not make it necessary to have. I might get a set of this (if it were implemented) just for the looks. Not like there's all that much to spend gold on anyways...

Duke Barradin HAS a 15k Knight armor. So, the armor skin (graphics) is already in the game. Just add it to The Granite Citadel or Marhan's Grotto. Not sure about female version, but male version is plenty easy to add.

Personally, I would rather the armour the skill trainer in Yaks wears, that looks nice.
But as soon as NF is released, I get my Sunspear armour, which makes all other amrour look lame in my opionin (i feel weird shunning my 15k ascalon in favour of 1.5k armour, 15k sunspear better look amazing)

I think that 15k knights armour is a very good idea. At the end of the day the diferent armours are just about skins and customising your toon. Wyvern and platemail 1.5 and 15k versions are essentially the same armour. Knight and Ascalon 1.5 and 15k are essentially the same armour. Why isnt there a 15k knight skin? Whilst many different people have many different opinions and ideas about the utility of an armour in a given place and situation (which is good - it would be horrible if we all though the same thing dontcha think?) The idea of 'personalising' and 'kitting out' your toon is one aspect of the game. Why deny the people who want 15k Knight armour the oppurtunity to buy it? Then you have to go and get your 15k NF or Factions armour instead? Remember that there are people who dont have access to these episodes. I'd like to see Beserker or legionnaire armour skins available in Prophecies. I like the Phrophecies skins. My current armour is a mix of Factions Kaineng and Knight Armour and Ascalon Armour. I like my look, But I'd loveto change my knight armour components for the stuff Barradins's wearing.

Those skins look pretty damned similar to me. This means that Knight's armour, at least the skin, is something that's Elonian in nature. Would seem to me that it would be very in flavour to have a set of 15k Knight's armour be available for Nightfall. It's actually something that I'm really hoping for. I'd probably make another warrior, female this time, just to get a set of 15K Knights armour. My male tank has 15k Plate.
