Orr Staff?

A guy showed me a regular staff with the Orr skin in Droknar's before, but I haven't seen another since. Has anyone else seen this skin before?

I am curious.... what is with the interest in the Orrish Earth Staff, anyways? I see alot of activity concerning it, of late.

By the way, the only place I have seen this drop with any regularity is in Dragon's Gullet. I have soloed hydras in the Desert, and Mahgo Hydras in Perdition Rock, with my elementalist(Eternal Feminine), and I have not seen a single one drop.

Drops in UW, people like em cause they look good and are rare.
