I have a jade wand 11-22 damage (max) req 9 fire
19% halves skill recharge fire skills
+5 energy when enchanted

I'd love to get a pc on that, thanks

Also, what are the lowest statss worth keeping on a blue/white tyrian sickle?

Wand) Might get 5-8k if you're lucky.

Sickle... I think 6-24 and up is worth something.
