FPS/Bytes Per Second Command?

Some times when i chek screenshot some peaple have at the top right of their gw screen a fps/bytes command

Can i know how they do please?

Add -perf to the command string by right clicking->properties on the icon.

You can open frame time/network traffic graphs ingame using Shift+F10 and Tab to toggle.
