seeking arrows is overpowerd in HA...
I faced a team once in HoH with 3 seeking arrows rangers and our ghostly was trying to cap for 2.45 min...
They should weaken this skill. It's overpowerd atm.
make it something like:
30%-50% more chance to interrupt while foe has an echantment on him

Are you talking about the right skill? Seeking Arrows has nothing to do with interrupts. They were spamming regular arrow attacks while using a preparation, if anything. Nerfing Seeking Arrows wont do a single thing against that.

Yea...nerf seeking arrow and there will be another alternative way to prevent altar capping. Here is just some of them:
Guided Weapon
Psychic Distraction
Blackout
Warmonger Weapon (since altar cap is not attacking, yes..interrupt)
Wailing Weapon (alternate with Warmonger Weapon?)
Spinal Shiver
And many more that's unnamed here. So nerfing seeking arrows have no point to it.

Since Ranger interrupts are pretty much metagame why not get YOUR rangers to just interrupt the prep, it's not that hard.
And if your build doesn't have interrupts you're not going to get far anyway.

Seeking Arrows is great to have, yes, and it's good at what it does, but... I second the blindness suggestion.
You don't have to keep the Seeking Arrows spammer blind. You only have to blind them for one, single shot. Then they miss, Seeking Arrows ends, and that's it until they re-apply it.
That's a pretty big liability for it, and unless you're running Practiced Stance or other recharge reducers, that's IT for ~20 seconds.

Just because your team got beat by three rangers with seeking arrows and interupts means it is overpowered? PD mesmers are much less preventable with their interupting and I dont see anyone complaing about them. Seeking arrows isnt even used a lot, it is not overpowered and is one of those rare preperations that you can't have on constantly. No to the nerf, stupid idea.

2. No method of ensuring your attack actually hits through Evade/Block, the main reasons Seeking Arrows is so useful (bar Precision Shot).
3. No reason to run this prep over Choking Gas as your caster interrupt, specially as CG cannot miss unless its obstructed.
If your a critical assassin, because someone is obviously gonna try and make this skill useful this way, you have

2. No access to Expertise, so there goes Practiced Stance.
3. No method of targetting an interrupt without using an interrupt attack skill itself, completely wasting your prep anyway.

Diversion/Blackout/Ineptitude/Clumsiness?
Strafing also works if shots are from afar...

But seriously...beating fotm builds is the name of the game. It's how you show you have skill. Don't just tell anet to nerf whatever owns you.
