New skins?

I found this Glowing runic maul.

nobody in out guild or alliance had ever heard of it so i thought A-net put some new skins in the last update.

Anybody else found something new?

I've been getting those for a long time. Shiro'ken drop them alot, but Wiki has them listed as a general Factions skin.

it's 4 months old, so it's not a new skin.. never found one (or at least a good one) myself... :/
