What runes and where for a drok tattoo armoured pve monk?

I think i'm going to be WoH healer monk for pve, what runes do i put into what for this guy? And i'll be using a major vigor rune since i already have one.

I have 2 healing headsets.
One +1 healing + minor healing. One +1 healing + superior healing.
Also have a +1DF/minor healing (when I run a split DF/Healing build).
It's all about available cash and preference for PvE.
If you know how to stay out of aggro and have the cash, you can take a superior.
If you are somewhat inexperienced, go for a healing / DF scalp with minor healing.
Major healing is also an option if you want more healing, but don't have the cash for superior yet.
I would not be surpriced if major is cheaper than minor. And major Vigor counters the loss of health.

Well i put the major vigor rune into my chest peice. Its basicaly should i put a sup or major or minor healing rune into my scalp? Or Do you not put healing into the helm? My scalp is a healing one.

It was mentioned in your first thead by Effigy so do it the way he set up as.What is a good clour for Monk Tats anyway just off the chance.
Grammar
This is the set-up I recommend for a PvE WoH monk:
Healing: 16 (12+3+1)
Divine Favor: 13 (12+1)
Protection: 4 (3+1)
As a WoH monk, there is no need for any secondary class skills, so just go pure monk.
Go with a superior healing rune, a minor divine favor rune, and a minor protection rune. If you can't afford a superior healing rune or don't feel comfortable with the -75 HP loss, then go with a major healing rune instead.
What makes WoH builds so effective in PvE is that they don't require any sort of energy management skills to keep them going. Your energy-efficient build IS your energy management. Just make sure to pack all 5 energy skills on your bar and you'll be able to spam heals forever.
EDIT: In case you weren't sure, which piece of armor you put your runes into is irrelevant. So just slot them in wherever you have room.

Really depends on your skin color. For black monks (like mine), gold, silver, red, and lime green tats all look good. For white monks, black, red, aqua, and dark blue look good. You can really use any color you want, but these combinations seem to give a nice contrast. My monk uses gold tats for farming and they look pretty awesome.
