Chest's in UW

Are there any decent drop's that come out of chest's in UW, all ive ever had are purple's?

If you're talking about the quest reward chests that appear after the shrine quests, then you're only going to get purples. However, there is a chance that any weapon skin in the game can drop, including crystallines and dwarvens.

I get golds all the time...got a few sup monk runes tonight, and some weapon mods I needed...so yea, good things do come from them.

I have a question - when you say quest reward chests, what do you mean?

I solo the UW with my rit, and end up in the smite area. There are usually one or two chests here, and some are golden. (so not the ONLY purple chests you mentioned).

Can crystalines etc drop from these chests?

And when you say quest reward chest, do you just mean chest? Or is it a quest reward chest as you can only access this area by taking the quest from the lost soul....

Basically, wanna know if Crystalines CAN drop in the smite/coldfire area.

nope. there are quests in UW. Like in Fow. when you finish a quest, a chest will pop-up, and you can open it without a key. like in the Hall of Heroes. these chests can drop anything from the whole game.

Well the easiest way for you to get a quest reward chest soloing ( I do it with my 55 or SS) is you solo the chamber, where the reaper shows, and you take the ice reaper quest, then you solo the smites and there will be 3 dryders at nearly the end of the area, you kill those and the ice reaper appears, then basicly what you can do is hold them for awhile until the chest spawns and a spider also, when the chest spawns try your luck, however I dont know if a ritualist can hold the spiders as good as a 55,

note: its not only 3 spiders 18 to be more accurate , good luck

Oh right, well was just wondering.

The only part of the UW i know how to solo, and have ever been actually is the smites area.

So I have no idea where any of these quest location things spawn. If you complete the lost soul quest do you get a quest reward chest?
