I was wondering if A-net could let us know when Nightfall will be available on the online store for purchase. I can understand if they have to wait a while due to other companies wanting to sell the product in their stores however having some idea of when it will be available(at release, before the end of october? november?) would be greatly apreciated.
I have bought the boxes for the past two games and as a student who moves around alot i don't really need to have more physical stuff. I've played the game enough that the little manual that comes with it isn't needed and would rather just get the code and start playing the game.
Some clarity on this issue would be much apreciated.
thanks,
Nightfall on the Online Store

I think they said it would be in teh store as soon as the servers go live.
Its just for convenience, I much rather go out to a store and buy a physical box with cds and books.

Yip, Gaile did indeed confirm that it will be available in the store as soon as the servers open.
I have to agree though. It's far better actually owning the box and I don't know about where you guys are but it's a LOT cheaper for me to buy the box than it is for me to buy just the key.

Cheaper? Normally in gaming software, you are paying for the fancy packaging. I need to move to where you live!
Maybe you mean you get more bang for the buck by getting all the stuff in the package?

I live in the UK... the online store is far more expensive then getting it from a store like game or online like Play.com
Plus I like the Game Box and the fancy manual inside it ect...
So yes for me buying the box IS cheaper.

To me the game is more interesting than the package (and cheaper), so I'll most likely just buy the key from the store.

Same price for me, but I've never even used the CDs I got with the first two chapters, I look forward to purchasing this one at the GW Online Store.
