slashing dmg 6-28 (req 9 axe mastery)
dmg +19% (while hexed)

Lengthens Crippled duration on foes by 33%
Axe Mastery +1 (20% chance)

I know while hexed isnt the prefered damage mod, but it still might be rather usefull in PvP cause of the extensive uses of hexes there.
