ne ways yes there is a 20/20 zodiac wand for curses but goooood luck finding one, ive only seen one wand that had the stats to be 20/20 and it was only like 19/18....

I have to agree that rare skin items for casters with Collector's-item-level mods are.....nearly non-existence. But yes, it's possible.

Zodiac Scepters with HRS/HCT 10/10 for ALL spells seem to be a lot more common than 20/20 for a specific attribute. :/

I've seen 20/20 gold rares for other class lines and different...mainly Ele stuff.
I've seen necro 10/10 and 20/10. 20/10 went for over 200k at the time.

Having said that, if you're picky when it comes to look the choice is a lot more limited. If you want a very specific combination of rare skins like Zodiac with certain stats for a certain attribute, you will probably have to search a lot, and will have to cough up a few more bucks than 2k.

My friend found a 20/20 smite ghostly staff while duo UW farming, and I myself found a 10/10 all spells holy staff when doing the same place on my rit. They're pretty rare, you usually only get wands or staffs with one bonus but occasionally you get the full on two.Focus items seem to nearly always have 2 bonuses, unfortunately they're nearly always rubbish.

That is why i start with wands + focus from weaponcrafters... i keep them till i find better looking stuff with same stats.
The crafter in Levithian Pits has 20/20 wands... and there is a crafter between Kaineng Center and Marketplace with +1 (20%) & +30hp focus items. He also has +5 energy wands...
