Bold statement considering the PvP edition with unlocks has long been very highly requested by the PvP community, with a poll showing that about $40 was a fair price for it.

Companies want to make money. Last I checked Anet wasn't a charity, giving to needy gamers. They has a marketable product in the form of this PvP edition, they would be silly not to charge for it.

Some people don't enjoy grinding skill unlocks. Some people want to cut straight to the endgame PvP content. If you have so much worthless free time, or enjoy the grind so much, fine. Please don't assume that everyone else is in the same boat.
