PC on 2 Super Rare Weapons (I think)

Okay so here's the prob, my friend and I got these rare daggers we think on a chest run. We searching Wiki (there's such incredibly little info on them) and asked around, no one has heard of either.

So I firstly I want to know how rare these are, in comparrison to say.. A platinum blade.

I need a PC on these:

Furios Platinum Sickles of Warding (daggers)
Slashing Dmg 7-17 (req 9 dagger mastery)
Double Adrenaline on hit (10% chance)
Armor +7 vs Elemental Damage

Poisonous Golden Talons of Enchanting (daggers)
Piercing Dmg 7-17 (req 11 dagger mastery)
Armor -10 (while attacking)
Lengenthens Poison duration on foes by 33%
Enchantments last 20% longer

That's all, I'd like the PC's ASAP please, thanks much guys.
