nop mods dont change that much, and they are not even perfect, apart form that sundering is not that good O.o

The plat blade is worth around 30k, imo. And to answer your question.. mods only add value to an item if you're lucky enough to find someone looking for those exact upgrades. And even then you most likely won't make the full amount you spent back. This is especially the case with imperfect ups. I doubt you'll get much mre than 30 for this, but who knows ..
EDIT: For a 15enchant sword, imo, a 20% enchant pommel and an elemental hilt is the best idea... however.. these components will not bump the value of your item up enough to make it worth modding for sale. It's a 50k item at the very most.. and even then that's a hard sell. I find it's only ever worth modding for sale if you're sure that after you do you're going to make a clear and significant profit.
