Elder Rhea quotes this exact sentence: "There are rumors that certain scrumpulous individuals will even sell faction for gold!"
Ok, so... Where and who?
I hate PvE.

You can trade your faction for either amber or jade and then sell it.

Wrong, Dean
You can bribe Priests at resurrection shrines for a pitiful amount. But only if you have less of that Priests Faction (i.e. you can't bribe a Luxon Priest if you have more Luxon Faction than Kurzick)

How is that selling faction for gold? You're paying to get a blessing, what does it have to do with faction - other than you're of the wrong faction?

OK, sorry, I didn't realize that you also got the 10 faction, I only knew about the +25 health and +3 regen or whatever they are.

Off the top of my head, I believe all res shrines in Luxon or Kurzick controlled areas have priests. Keep in mind, based on the territory line, which priest (along with merchant and a couple others) that is at a shrine will vary. Keep in mind, that if you have more of one faction than the other, and you die in an area, where the only res shrine is controlled by the opposite priest, you won't be able to use that res shrine and you will be returned to your last mission outpost, just like a mission. That is, unless you bribed the priest, or kill him and his buddies.
