Salvage the first one in hopes of getting the +30 HP mod. The brute sword is definitly worth more than the +7 shelter mod. Can't give you a PC but I'd say it's worth a pretty penny.

First one I really an not sure of, I'm sure there are a lot of monks who would like a -5e serpent for their low set. Stick it in High End with a low s/b and see what happens
