Question about Guild and Guild Halls

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows, for example

I buy this hall with xx upgrades which costed lets say 300k

If I want to disband my guild to make a new one, or change name, or something like that, would I still have the guild hall or the hall would be lost with the guild ?

If you disband the guild - you lose everything. If you merely change guild halls - you do not lose anything.

There's no changing the name either without killing the guild.

Yes I have changed guild halls,I was really wondering about disbanding guild and what happens to hall. Kinda of a shame if theres no way to change guild name, my problem is , I allowed someone else to choose the name for my guild and now Im not happy with it, but at the same time I spended so much in Hall upgrades that would be a shame to see it all gone.
