Wierd Effect when loading area

Hey all,
On my new shiney computer, I'm loving being able to turn the graphics all the way up and having little problems other than those originating from my internet, apart from one annoying bug.

Whenever I load an area it goes to "loading.." skips to 100%, flashes a screen that goes off too fast to see what it is, goes back to the 100% loading screen for a few seconds and then to the proper game.
Thoughts appreciated!

uhh do you have the latest drivers and maybe tell us what card you have?

7950 GT

Driver version is listed as 9.1.4.7

If you run 4xAA it happens i have the same thing, it doesnt apear if you disable AA but i dont think you want that =)
aa = Anti-Aliasing

I couldn't run AA on my old graphics card, but have it enabled on this one
